Dork Central is a place where dorks hang out and do dorky things. Studies show it's more fun than eating French Fries. When you sign up, you become an official Dork Secret Agent, and each week you receive a top secret Dork Secret Agent Assignments. When you've completed this mission, you return to your Dork Central Private Office, and file a Dork Report. Hundreds, maybe thousands of Dork Secret Agents are doing the same thing, and you get to see their reports and rate them.
